Description for B&B:
The house's origins can be traced back to 1299, as recorded in the liève (cadastre) of Estivareilles. The mill, which can be seen in the Napoleonic cadastral plan of 1826, was operational until 1930. In order to compensate for the mill's closure, a sawmill was installed.Nestled at an altitude of 900m, this tranquil location is perfect for rejuvenation.
We offer three guest rooms available for rent. Each rental includes access to a relaxation area and a shared kitchen, equipped with hotplates, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker, allowing guests to cook their own meals.
A delicious breakfast, either sweet or savory depending on your preference, is served in the kitchen area from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. If necessary, we can arrange for alternative breakfast times.
The spacious bedroom, measuring 20m², features a private bathroom and toilet. It is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200mm). The bathroom includes an Italian shower (90 x 90cm) and modern suspended toilets. Towels are provided, and we can also accommodate a baby by providing an umbrella bed. Free wifi is available in the room.
In addition to the comfortable accommodations, guests have access to the relaxation area and shared kitchen, where they can prepare their own meals.
The nightly rate for the room is 89 euros, which includes breakfast, plus a tourist tax per person.

Appréciations pour Chez Perlette, Merle-leignec:
Merci
