Property description:This independent furnished house is located on the first floor and offers easy access to the countryside. It is surrounded by the owners' home and other nearby locations. The day room of the house provides beautiful views of the southern and eastern countryside.
The first floor of the house consists of a kitchen (10m²) equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living room (37m²) features two sofas, one sofa bed (140cm), one armchair, a fireplace, TV, and Hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one measuring 11.7m² with a double bed (140cm), another measuring 9.7m² with a double bed (140cm), and the third measuring 9.8m² with two single beds (90cm). The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet.
In the basement, there is a washing machine and a table tennis playroom for guests to enjoy.
Outside, there is a garden (130m²) with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The property also provides a mobile phone card and wifi access. Heating is provided by oil-fired central heating at a rate of 1.00 per liter. Firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day will be charged at a rate of 0.08 per kWh. Bed linen, house towels, and bath towels can be rented at a rate of 8 per person. End of stay cleaning service is available upon request for a fee of 45.
A deposit of 250 is required upon booking.
The price includes the rental of the property, water, cooking gas, and 8 kWh of electricity per day, as well as firewood.
The price does not include the cost of heating, electricity usage beyond 8 kWh per day, rental of sheets, linens and towels, or cleaning services.
