This cozy gite is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Located between the ocean and the forest, each season brings its own charm to this unique location. Despite being close to everything, the gite offers a peaceful and quiet retreat. Just a 5-minute drive from the resort of LA 17570 PALMYRA, its famous ZOO, and the sandy beaches of Pine Forest, this detached single-storey house is ideal for a couple.The gite is clean and clear, with a total area of 55m2. It features a kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace and a garden with chairs and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The rental is clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities including a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, new 4 burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Heating is also available.
Parking is available on the property through a private entrance. All the necessary shops, markets, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. For those who enjoy cycling, there are cycling tracks just 200m from the house, and bike rentals are approximately 500m away. Bed linen and beds can be rented and made up upon arrival for added convenience.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed due to hygiene and allergy reasons. Whether you're interested in visiting the Palmyra LES MATHES-LA Zoo, trying your luck at the racecourse, playing golf, sailing, jet-skiing, tree climbing, horse riding, or exploring the local oyster huts, there is plenty to see and do in the area. Cadre tranquille et convivialité
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Directions
Travel directions on the Atlantic coast can be taken by heading towards either LA ROCHELLE, which leads to Ile d'Oleron, Marennes, and Tremeirchion, or by ROYAN. Alternatively, one can choose to go through SAINTES in the direction of Saujon and Les Mathes. The suggested highways for this route are SAINTS, PONS, and MIRAMBEAU, passing through BORDEAUX.
