Welcome to my beautiful house in Boucau, where you can enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for the months of July and August, with prices indicated per night for each room.

The location of the house offers convenient access to various amenities and attractions, such as a bus stop, Bayonne city center and train station just 5 minutes away, stunning beaches only 10 minutes away, Biarritz airport within a 20-minute drive, and Spain reachable within 25 minutes.

I am more than happy to provide you with information about this stunning region and assist you with any tourist information you may need to ensure a fantastic stay.

Now, let me introduce you to the charming rooms available on the upper floor. There are three comfortable and pleasant bedrooms to choose from, each equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed internet (fibre):

- The SECRETS bedroom (N°1, blue): featuring a spacious 160 cm bed and a delightful view of the garden.
- The DREAMS room (N°2, golden): furnished with a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the serene garden.
- The TALES room (N°3, grey): offering the option of either two 80 cm beds or combining them into a comfortable 160 cm bed.

Please note that the room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum of two people per room), and you have the flexibility to book one, two, or all three bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of six people.

Rest assured, bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience. Additionally, there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional fee.

The shared toilets are kept clean and well-maintained. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, although there is a designated outdoor area. Regrettably, pets are not permitted.

Here are a few important details to consider:

- The rental option does not include the entire house; it is specific to the available bedrooms.
- In July and August, the minimum rental period is two nights or a full week, but monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

If you prefer, you have the option to prepare your own breakfast. Alternatively, I offer a delicious breakfast for an additional fee of 7 per person. This includes a selection of coffee, tea, herbal tea, or hot chocolate, accompanied by rusks or brioche, butter, jam, and fruit juice. Please make sure to reserve your breakfast in advance. Please note that breakfast is the only meal provided on-site.

To enhance your well-being during your stay, I am pleased to offer you a one-hour session in the private spa (available for guests staying in either room N°1 or N°2), complete with a refreshing beverage, such as Champagne, tea, or fruit juice, and some delectable treats. Furthermore, I am available to arrange outdoor activities upon request, including Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons. You will also find a collection of tourist guides and board games at your disposal. Parking is available directly in front of the house for your convenience.
