Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we offer two guest rooms and table d'hôtes. Located in Montipouret 36230, between Seas on Indre and Sarzay, we are just 10 km from Nohant and La Châtre in the beautiful Vauvre Valley. Situated in the heart of the Black Valley and near the Angibault mill, our accommodation provides a tranquil escape.Our room rates start at 62 euros per night (excluding tax), with a supplement of 15 euros for a third person in the same room. For single occupancy, the rate is 56 euros. We also offer a special price of 55 euros for bikers with motorcycles and pilgrims, with the option to arrange transportation to Sarzay. Weekly rates are available at 372 euros for 6 nights and 434 euros for 7 nights.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Additionally, we offer a delicious meal option priced at 26 euros (reservation required), with a discounted rate of 18 euros for children up to 10 years old. Our rooms feature a double bed and either a single bed or a cot, and there is a small garden where guests can relax.
On-site, we provide games for both adults and children, as well as books and internet connection. Nearby, there are charming and affordable restaurants just 4 km away for lunch. The surrounding area offers hiking trails and numerous sites to visit, along with various events throughout the year.
We are pet-friendly, subject to certain conditions. Please inquire for more information. Please note that we do not have disabled access.
Check-in time is 6 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. We are fluent in both French and English and look forward to welcoming you to the Roseraie.
