Description for Gite
The Peony is a spacious and comfortable first-floor gite with a total area of 130 m2. It has a capacity to accommodate 7 to 8 people and is equipped with all necessary amenities. This gite has been awarded the quality-label clévacance, ensuring a high level of quality and comfort.The first floor of The Peony features a lovely covered terrace (12m2) with a garden lounge, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Inside, there is a spacious dining room (25m2) that can comfortably seat seven people. The living room area includes a sofa bed, two armchairs, a color television, and air conditioning for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen (15m2) is complete with an oven with pyrolysis function, a gas stove with four burners, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher with nine place settings, a coffee maker, and a bread toaster. You will find everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The gite has three bedrooms, two measuring 12 m2 each and one larger room measuring 25 m2. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, providing accommodation for four people in double beds. Additionally, there is a smaller room measuring 10 m2 with a single bed, perfect for an additional guest.
The gite also includes a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub, and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. Central heating, powered by gas, ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the gite.
Optional bed linen rental is available at an additional cost of 15 Euros per pair.
