We are delighted to welcome you to our spacious area of over 50m², exclusively dedicated to your comfort. Situated on the ground floor, it offers a private access that allows you the freedom to come and go as you please. This lovely space consists of two connecting rooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests and a baby.

The Loire room is furnished with a cozy double bed and a small desk, and we can provide a cot if needed. The Louet room offers two comfortable single beds. Additionally, there is a dressing room, a separate toilet, and a well-appointed bathroom with a wash basin, large bath towels, a hair dryer, and fresh towels.

You will also have access to a charming room that opens onto our south-facing garden, where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast. Adjacent to this room is a cozy sitting area with two comfortable armchairs. In this space, you will find a collection of books on Anjou and classic literature, as well as brochures and tourist information to enhance your stay.

Rest assured that we have carefully restored this space to preserve its authenticity while providing modern amenities for your utmost comfort.

'Why is that?'

From PARIS: Take A11 towards NANTES. After the toll, continue on A11 towards Angers/Cholet/LA ROCHE SUR YON (A87).
1. Take exit 22 towards Murs-Erigne Centre (D748).
2. At the first traffic light, turn right towards the bridges.
3. At the second traffic light, turn left towards St. John of the Cross (D132).
4. Continue straight along the Loire on the lifting of St. John of the Cross.
5. Keep going for approximately 4km until you see the sign for Boire Growing/The verdelets/Port Gaurion/Down Village - Fire.
6. Take a left and then a second left at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. You have arrived at Small Drink!

ANGERS Downtown:
1. Head southeast on Boulevard du Roi René towards Rue Talot.
2. Continue onto Rue Paul Bert. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Rabelais.
3. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Av de Lattre de Tassigny.
4. Take the exit for Les Ponts-de-Ce Centre.
5. Continue straight on Rue David d'Angers and Rue Victor Hugo.
6. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Charles de Gaulle and cross the bridge.
7. Turn right onto St. John of the Cross.
8. Follow St. John of the Cross along the Loire.
9. After approximately 4 km, you will see the sign for Growing Drinking/The verdelets/Port Gaurion/Lower Village - Fire Reserve.
10. Take a left and then a second left at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. You have arrived at Small Drink!
