On the ground floor, you will be captivated by the enchanting atmosphere of the COMPANY Board room and the authentic essence of the MR Chamber. Both rooms offer comfortable beds measuring 160 cm and have their own spacious and independent bathrooms with showers and toilets.As you ascend to the second floor, you will discover the charming attic of the house. Here, the GARDEN SIDE room awaits you with two beds measuring 120 cm, while the COLONIAL room features a luxurious 160 cm bed. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom complete with a shower and toilet.
Additionally, guests have exclusive access to the pool, which is located on the premises and is maintained by the friendly landlord.

The charming country cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and boasts a 3-épis GITE DE FRANCE ranking.On the lower level, there is a spacious open kitchen that seamlessly blends into the inviting living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable 140 cm beds, and one with cozy 120 cm beds. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, complete with either a shower or a bath.
Additionally, the cottage offers a convenient laundry room, an enclosed courtyard, and a lovely private garden shared with the owner. Guests will also have access to a secure swimming pool, exclusively available for their use.

If you are coming from SAINTES using A10, take exit No. 35 and continue following the signs towards the island OLÉRON for about 15 km. Once you reach NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights towards SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Drive through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once you are outside the village, turn right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. From there, continue following the signs towards the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the western end of the town (look for a house with a slate roof).
