Situated on the banks of the ocean inlet, l'Auzance, this charming house offers easy access to the beautiful and untamed beaches of Gabelous and Sauveterre.Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Complimentary wifi is also provided for your convenience. While the house does not have heating, it is equipped with all the modern comforts while preserving the character of the hamlet.
Your bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed with a new high-quality mattress, is located on the upper floor, while the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are on the ground floor. The three-level terraced garden offers direct access to the Auzance ocean inlet, allowing you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise or an aperitif barbecue at sunset. Take a dip in the clean sea waters or try your luck at fishing for bass, mullet, eels, and more.
For a memorable culinary experience, visit La Cabane nearby in the marshes and indulge in their delicious prefou and a dozen oysters while enjoying the sunset.
