OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our main house features four bedrooms and a dormitory, while our recently restored bakery can accommodate a family or small group of up to four people. This cozy, detached home boasts a south-facing terrace that overlooks a serene pond, bathing it in sunlight throughout the day.
With accommodations designed for intimate groups and a commitment to respecting our guests' privacy, La Lipomerie ensures a fulfilling stay for all.

OUR AMENITIES
During your stay, we can cater to various needs and desires. We provide linens, toiletries, groceries, the opportunity to pick fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs, fresh eggs from our hens, and seasonal activities such as apple picking, honey harvesting, and sheep shearing.
Additionally, we offer board games, bicycles, children's toys, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a swimming pool for your enjoyment and convenience.

LA PETITE MAISON: THE OLD BAKERYIdeal for up to four guests, this charming retreat offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the smaller bedroom offers two twin beds. The house can accommodate either two adults and two children or three adults. Enjoy the abundant sunlight and unwind on the terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Minimum stay requirement: 2 nights, with a housekeeping fee of 50 euros.
Weekend rates: 175 euros per night.
Weekday rates: 120 euros per night.
Full week rate: 850 euros.
Additional nights: 120 euros.
August rates:
Minimum stay of one week: 950 euros per week.
Housekeeping fee: 50 euros.
Additional night: 130 euros.
LA BERGERIE: THE SHEEPFOLD
Perfect for a party of four, this cozy upstairs apartment boasts a private entrance, a cozy living room, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a refreshing shower, and an additional single bed on the landing. It comfortably accommodates four adults and one child.
Minimum rental duration: 2 nights, with breakfast included.
One room (for 2 adults): 120 euros per night.

If you are traveling by car, take the A13 N12 towards Dreux, then continue towards Verneuil l'Aigle Moulins-la-Marche.
Here are the distances from various locations:
- From Paris, it takes approximately 2 hours.
- From Deauville, it takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- From Le Havre, it also takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
If you prefer to travel by train, you can take the Paris Montparnasse-Granville line. You have the option to stop at either Surdon, which is a 15-minute ride, or l'Aigle, which is a 25-minute ride.
For those who enjoy biking, there is a bike path called La Veloscénie that connects Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel, passing through Le Perche. You can find more information about this bike path on the Veloscénie website, as well as on the Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne website. Additionally, you can also combine train travel with biking by taking the Paris-Le Mans line or going through Granville. If you choose this option, you can get off at the Condé station, which provides direct access to the Voie Verte.
