Location: The port of Paimpol is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away. The nearby forest offers a plethora of hiking options, including hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beautiful beach and estuary of Trieux are just 3 km away, and the boat to the enchanting island of Bréhat can be reached in just 10 minutes. Tréguier is a short 15-minute drive away, while the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the stunning pink granite coast are both within a 20-minute drive. There are numerous beaches to explore, such as Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as various attractions in the area, including Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking circuit, the Talbert groove, and remarkable gardens. St Malo, Brest, and Rennes can all be reached within 1.5 hours.This recently built house boasts a modern wooden frame and is fully equipped. The ground floor features a spacious living area of 35 m2, consisting of a living/dining room and an open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a cloakroom and a separate toilet. The living area opens up to a south-facing terrace of 20 m2 and a garden surrounded by lush, wooded slopes. Guests will have access to a computer and internet via both WiFi and CPL outlet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a double wardrobe, and a large desk. There is also a second bedroom with a "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor features a shower, sink, cabinets, and towels. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made with a sofa bed and a baby bed.
For bookings, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights during the off-season, and full-week bookings from Saturday to Saturday during the peak summer period. Water and electricity usage will be charged separately based on meter readings, with an average cost of approximately 20€ per week for a party of 4.
We welcome well-behaved and leashed dogs, as there are cats and horses in close proximity.

The highlight of the ground floor is the large bay window that offers stunning views of the south-facing garden terrace and the surrounding woodland.For your convenience, the house is equipped with a computer and offers internet access through both Wi-Fi and a CPL outlet. Moving upstairs, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a large office space. The second bedroom features a unique "coin" bed measuring 120 cm, along with a single bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels. If additional sleeping arrangements are needed, there is a sofa bed available, as well as a baby bed.
