This delightful 4-star accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is situated in the picturesque wine village of Landreville, conveniently located between Troyes (Aube) and Dijon (Burgundy) along the French holidays road (E 17 Exit 22).This historic country stone house, dating back to the French Revolution, spans 125 m² and is nestled on the renowned touristic route of Champagne, in the heart of the enchanting Côte des Bar. It is in close proximity to various attractions such as the exciting Nigloland amusement park, the scenic Lakes of the Forêt d Orient, and the renowned Abbey of Clairvaux.
Serving as an ideal base for exploring the Champagne region, the cottage offers easy access to cellar visits, the opportunity to admire the region's rolling landscapes, and the option to indulge in invigorating hikes through the nearby forest or along the tranquil waters. The vibrant city of Troyes, with its captivating old town and renowned factory outlets, is a mere forty kilometers away.

Séjour dans la petite maison d'été
J'ai séjourné pendant quatre jours durant le mois de juillet avec une amie dans la petite maison d'été et tout s'est déroulé parfaitement !
Le gite est parfaitement bien équipé, on ne manque de rien. L'ambiance et l'atmosphère insufflée là-bas par les propriétaires est relaxante et très agréable. On ne manque pas d'espace, on s'y sent comme chez soi ...
La situation est très agréable également, le village de Landrevilles étant pittoresque et sympathique.
Je la conseillerai à quiconque souheterait passer par la région !

To access the motorway, take A5 (E17) between Troyes and Dijon and exit at 22 (Magnant). From there, follow D344 towards Bar-sur-Seine. At the roundabout near the town entrance, turn left towards Merrey-sur-Arce and Landreville.
