Exclusive contact: 05 53 09 06 31Located at the foot of the slopes in the ski resort of Mourtis in the Pyrenees, this charming country cottage in Boutx, High Garonne (31), can accommodate 12 to 14 people and offers all the comforts for both summer and winter stays. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, six rooms, two toilets, a shower, and a television. Situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is only 8 kilometers away from Happy St and 13 kilometers from the border.
During winter, guests can enjoy skiing on the slopes or go on ski tours. In the summer, activities such as mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and hydro sports are available.
The cottage is free to book all year round. Winter rates are 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays), while summer rates are 650 euros per week. For other periods, the rate is 500 euros per week. All utilities are included in the price.
