Welcome to La Grange d'ArtDèche, a charming loft conversion situated in a picturesque Ardèche farmhouse. This delightful barn, spanning 50 square meters, has been tastefully renovated in a contemporary loft style, combining trendy decor with authentic elements. It is the perfect retreat for a couple seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Available for rental from April to October 2022, our loft offers a serene and natural setting in the heart of paradise. Nestled at the rear of our restored farmhouse, with a separate entrance and no direct neighbors, you can enjoy complete privacy. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the location is ideal for magnificent hikes along secluded paths. Additionally, three rivers are nearby, providing opportunities for various water activities.

The loft itself boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable 180 bed and stunning mountain views, a relaxing living area with a sofa and satellite TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, there is a separate toilet.

Step outside onto the spacious terrace, where you can unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. The private garden offers a peaceful retreat without any disturbances.

Just a two-minute drive from the charming village of Saint Martin de Valamas, located at an altitude of 550 meters, you'll find all the amenities and shops you need. From grocery stores to restaurants, bars to bakeries, everything is within easy reach. In July and August, there is also a supervised water park on-site for your enjoyment.
