We offer comfortable apartments equipped with modern amenities such as TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless internet. Additionally, each room is equipped with a personal safe. Our location is convenient, being only 100 yards away from the bus stop and with free bikes available for use. Nearby, you will find various shops and it is just a 3-minute walk to the subway, railway station, and airport shuttle.Our apartments are available for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The Q1 apartment is 30m2 and priced at 340 per week, the T2 is 40m2 and priced at 400 per week, and the T2bis is 60m2 priced at 460 per week.
We also offer additional services such as a final cleaning option priced at 60 per apartment. Other options include a bed linen pack priced at 20 per bed (sheets, towels, etc.) and a garage option priced at 6 per night. We can also arrange catered meals and beauty/hairdresser services at your apartment upon request.
To make a reservation, we accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, or cash, with an initial deposit of 30% of the rental amount. If you find our service useful, we kindly ask you to recommend us to your friends and colleagues.

If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. If you are coming by car, Toulouse has direct motorway links to major capitals in both the north and south of Europe. These include A61 (Carcassonne, Montpellier, Barcelona), A62 (Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, Paris), A64 (Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, San Sebastian), A68 (Lavaur, Albi), and A66 (Pamiers, Foix, Andorra).
If you are arriving by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is just a 15 to 20-minute taxi ride from downtown. It takes approximately 30 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus to the train station (SNC F) which is just a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The round trip fare is 4 euros, while a one-way fare is 6 euros.
