Directions

Travel Directions from Paris:

To reach our destination from Paris, take the A10 motorway and exit at exit 24, located south of Tours. Continue towards "Chinon" following the signs. From the ring road, take the toll-free A85 motorway and then the D751 towards "Chinon".

Once you reach AZAY LE RIDEAU, you will come across a large roundabout with a Carrefour supermarket on the left. Follow the signs for Azay center and descend. Cross the center and the Indre river. After approximately 500m, you will enter the area known as "La Chapelle Saint Blaise," which is actually the main part of Cheillé.

Once you are there, turn right onto the D17 road heading towards Cheillé - église and Rivarennes. After driving for 2km, you will see a sign for "chambres dhôtes Le Vaujoint, Les Ecureuils, and la grange bleu". Turn left at the sign and proceed uphill. Please note that the first set of gîtes on the left are not our destination, continue driving for another 200m.

The Ecureuils can be found at the intersection of two roads within the hamlet. You will find parking available on the right side of the house.

Traveling by Train:

If you prefer to travel by train, the Azay le Rideau train station is approximately 6km away from our location. Alternatively, the city of Tours is located 30km away, accessible via the motorway.
