Location: This charming house is situated on the roadside in the village of BUN, nestled between the school and church for a convenient and picturesque setting.Description: The ground floor of the house features an entrance, a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a freezer, cumulus, and washing machine for your convenience. The living room is equipped with a kitchen, complete with an oven, fridge, gas hob, electric iron, toaster, and microwave. A cozy fireplace, TV, armchairs, and a sofa complete the space.
On Level 1, you will find three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, another has a single bed measuring 120cm, and the third bedroom offers a double bed measuring 140cm and an additional 70cm bed. All three bedrooms have doors that open onto an exterior gallery overlooking the field with trees and a lush lawn.
Level 3 features two spacious attic rooms with double beds measuring 140cm and a cot. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The house is equipped with electric heating and is well-insulated for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue and the provided garden furniture in the fully enclosed and fenced grassy field with trees, spanning 900m2.
The house offers all the amenities you need and is conveniently located near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurant.
Leisure Activities: During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore the stunning landscapes near the Spanish border and the Pyrenees National Park West. The area offers over 200km of marked hiking trails, allowing you to discover breathtaking mountains such as the Pic du Midi Arrens and Balaïtous, which reaches an impressive 3144m in height.
If you enjoy fishing, there are several lakes nearby, including d'Estaing, the Plaa de Prat, the Tech dam, Suyen, Batcrabère, and Migouelou, where you can try your luck at catching perch.
