You are guaranteed a warm welcome at our recently renovated property. All of our bedrooms feature private showers, washbasins, and toilets. Our large suite can accommodate 4-8 people and consists of 5 separate spaces. It includes a bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a salon, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and a set of bunk beds. Additionally, there are 2 separate toilets and a shared shower room with a shower and washbasin.Our property is located in a stunning part of France, offering beautiful woodland views and a picturesque view of the River Cère, which borders our one-acre grounds. It is a truly relaxing environment. We are pleased to have a full drinks license, providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast is included, and we usually offer evening meals upon request.
Our guests can enjoy our swimming pool and table tennis facilities, which are shared among all visitors. Our grounds span one acre and are bordered by the River Cère, featuring a small river beach perfect for river bathing.
Description for Gite
The gite*** is an independent house that has been awarded a 3-star rating by ClèVacances. It offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as another bedroom with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. The gite also features a bathroom and a separate toilet.Inside, you will find a large living room with a charming open fireplace, a double bed/settee, and a small futon. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
Outside, there is a private garden where you can enjoy outdoor activities and make use of the provided BBQ. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with electric wall heaters to ensure a cozy stay. Additionally, guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis facility.

If you are coming from Aurillac, take the N122 road towards Figeac. After passing Sansac de Marmiesse, you will find us on the right side, approximately 1 km ahead.
If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. Keep driving until you reach the turning to St: Mamet, approximately 3 km ahead. After passing the turning, you will find us on the right side.
Please note that it is advised not to rely on GPS or electronic plans for these routes, as they may direct you through farm lanes. Also, be cautious when using GPS from Aurillac, as it may lead you through farm lanes.
