Our establishment boasts a refreshing swimming pool accompanied by an elevated sun terrace, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the river, garden, and woodlands. Additionally, we offer recreational activities such as table tennis, picnic tables, and BBQ facilities. Our friendly staff guarantees a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated within an area of exceptional natural beauty, our 1 acre garden is bordered by the tranquil river Cère, featuring a small secluded beach perfect for fishing or private swimming.

Description for Gite

We have three different accommodations available for your stay:

1. Le Lot Gite: Perfect for 8-9 people, this gite features 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own ensuite shower room and toilet. Furthermore, there is a cozy room downstairs with a comfortable bed/settee and an additional ensuite shower room. The highlight of this gite is the large living room/dining room area that seamlessly blends with an American kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors on the sun terrace, complete with a picnic table and a BBQ.

2. Le Cantal Gite: Ideal for 4-6 people, this gite offers two spacious double bedrooms for a comfortable stay.

3. Aurillac Apartment: Located on the first floor of the main house, the Aurillac Apartment accommodates 4-7 people. It boasts four bedrooms, with one featuring an ensuite shower room (equipped with a shower and washbasin), and the other three bedrooms offering washbasins. The apartment also includes a salon with a convenient kitchenette, a bathroom, and two toilets.

All three accommodations share the beauty of our 1 acre garden, bordered by a charming river with a small river beach. Take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, indulge in a game of table tennis, or simply relax at the picnic tables and BBQs provided.

Nous sommes désolées Madame Boudjelal n’a pas aimée notre propriété. La piscine est une bonne taille pour chambres d’hôtes et Gîtes qui est 9.3m x 4.7m x1.32m. Les autres visiteurs qui restent chez nous aiment notre piscine, terrasse du soleil et le jardin avec une petite plage de la rivière beaucoup. Nous avons le beau paysage dans les environs de notre propriété et une belle rivière bordant notre jardin de ½ hectare. Madame Boudjelal a exagéré l’impact de la route. C’est commode chez nous pour visiter tout les hauts lieux du tourisme régional sans isolé.

Le petit dejeuner copieux avec d"excellentes confitures "maison" et les repas etient de bonne qualite. La piscine est bonne en ete. Reposant. Difficile pour trouver par gps

bonnes prestations, accueil, service petit déjeuner, excellentes confitures, propreté impeccable de la chambre, mais quel dommage que la proximité immédiate de la route nationale empêche de profiter relax de la petite piscine et de l'espace extérieur , le sommeil n'est néanmoins pas perturbé grace au double vitrage, à recommander pour une nuit !

Directions

If you are coming from Aurillac, follow the N122 road towards Figeac. Look for us on the right side, approximately 1 km after passing Sansac de Marmiesse.

If you are coming from Figeac, take the N122 road towards Aurillac. Keep going for about 3 km after passing the turning to St. Mamet, and you will find us.

Please note that it is advised not to rely on GPS or electronic plans when driving from Aurillac or Figeac, as they might direct you through farm lanes.
