We are offering a bed and breakfast accommodation in our house, located approximately 1 km from the center of Biarritz (Clémenceau square) and the large beach.The room is approximately 13m2 in size, with a cupboard for your personal belongings. You will also have access to an adjoining lounge (20m2) with a TV (Canal+).
The bathroom (13m2) features an Italian-style shower with massage jets, a sauna that will be available for your use, and a massage armchair. The toilet is separate.
You will have access to the internet with a WIFI connection and we can provide you with a printer if you need to print documents. A corner for coffee and tea is also available for your use.
The swimming pool is heated from May 1st to October 30th. You can enjoy swimming against the current and relax in the jacuzzi corner for your well-being.
There are shops near the house and within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the city center where you will find beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and the picturesque market of Biarritz.
We are located 1.5 km from the "phare" golf course and less than 1 km from the Aguillera stadium where you can find tennis courts.
Bus stops are nearby. Our location allows for easy access to the city center, its attractions, as well as areas outside Biarritz such as Bayonne and Anglet. We are only 5 minutes away from the train station, airport, and highway. Spain is also easily accessible.
Parking is available in front of the house.
If you need to use the washing machine during your stay, we can provide it for an additional fee. Ironing can be done by yourself.
We have a separate entrance for guests and offer a welcome gift for stays of 3 nights or longer. Prices vary depending on the season, and tourist tax is not included.
Your hosts, Dominique and Philippe, will be available to provide advice on outings, restaurants, golf, and other attractions in the region to make your stay as enjoyable and family-friendly as possible.
Please note that we do not accept pets as we have a young Labrador who does not have access to the floor where your room is located.
