This holiday home on the Ile de la Barthelasse is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the center of Avignon and its festival. Situated in a peaceful area, the house offers a comfortable and tranquil retreat.The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining lounge with a fireplace, a convenient WC, and a cellar for storage. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as one bedroom with two 90cm beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and there are separate toilets.
Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely flower garden with a deck, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation. Additionally, guests have the option to rent towels for €10 per person, bed sheets for €15 per bed, and request a final cleaning service for €50.
Please note that this house is adjacent to the owner's residence, providing a sense of security and assistance if needed.
