Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped vacation rental perfect for family holidays. This house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. It features 2 bedrooms and a shared 11x5m swimming pool with only 2 other individuals.Maxime's House offers a private outside space with a large quiet terrace, complete with garden furniture and shaded by a mélia tree. Inside, you will find modern amenities such as an 82cm LCD TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also available.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washbasin, with a toilet located on the first floor. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Arrival times are expected between 5 and 7 P.M.
The shared swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You will also have access to a large 3000m2 garden shared with other guests. Maxime's House is semi-detached from Sarah's House but completely independent.
Please note that Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. The bedding configuration includes a 160X200 bed on the ground floor and three 90X190 beds on the first floor.
The owners live on-site in a separate house within the property, ensuring assistance is readily available when needed.

House 1 is a spacious gite with a total area of 75 m2, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including a comfortable bed measuring 160X200 and three beds measuring 90X190.We provide all the necessary household linen for your convenience.
Availability:
- From 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From 16/07/2022 to 19/07/2022: This period is already occupied.
- From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- From 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022: This period is already occupied.
- From 07/09/2022 to 01/10/2022: The nightly rate is 200, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required.
We kindly request that you leave the house clean before departure. Alternatively, we offer a final cleaning option for an additional fee of 100.
