Experience a tranquil getaway for two at our charming gîte rental in Balaruc Les Bains, situated in a spacious independent villa near Sète. Located in the peaceful surroundings of the Maimona villa, our LA TINTAINE lodging offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Classified with 3 ears by Gîtes de France, our accommodation is completely independent and located on the ground floor, featuring a generous 33 square meters of space and a private terrace spanning 11 square meters.

Inside, you'll find high-quality amenities and furnishings to ensure a pleasant stay. The bedroom boasts a 160x200 bed with new, top-notch bedding, a 4-season duvet, and fresh pillows, all equipped with protective covers. Additional features include air conditioning, a large TV, a table with chairs, two armchairs, and a spacious cupboard. The bathroom offers a shower, basin, separate toilet, hairdryer, storage units, and a towel dryer.

For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a combined oven/microwave, a large fridge/freezer combination, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a multifunction robot, a ceramic hob, and a waffle toast maker. Kitchen and household utensils such as a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board are also provided. An electric barbecue is available for outdoor cooking.

Relax and enjoy the pleasant weather in the veranda, furnished with a wrought iron table and chairs. The terrace offers a comfortable deckchair and washing lines. We offer a special rate for curists, ranging from 850 to 990 for a three-week stay. Please note that we do not allow pets and our gîte is strictly non-smoking.
