This gite offers comfortable living spaces with a unique orientation on three sides: east, north, and west. The house itself has a total area of 65m², with an additional 9m² loggia on the ground floor. To ensure warmth and coziness, the house features floor heating. Situated at an altitude of 860m, it provides a refreshing mountain atmosphere.Upon arrival, guests will have their own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as access to a private parking area. The living room is furnished with pine furniture, including a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, perfect for relaxation. Entertainment options include a color TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player. The room also boasts a wood-burning fireplace, adding to the cozy ambiance.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and dishes, making it convenient for preparing meals. Accommodations include one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and another bedroom with three single beds (90 cm) – all complete with comforters and blankets. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet.
With a loggia measuring 6m², guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake and Embrun. The outdoor area is well-equipped with games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and ball games, ensuring enjoyable outdoor activities for everyone.
