Parts Description: Chalet on a fenced 250 m2 plot, located 500m from the beach, near the dunes of Kerhillio. Close to Carnac and Quiberon. The chalet features a terrace, barbecue, television, and microwave. Pets are allowed.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with oven, 220L fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cooker hood, complete kitchen utensils, cookware for 12 people, and a table with 6 chairs. Additionally, there is a vacuum cleaner and an iron.
The living/dining room is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, and a buffet. It also includes a 53cm color TV.
All rooms are equipped as follows:
- Downstairs bedroom: Double bed with headboard, wardrobe
- Mezzanine bedrooms: Double bed with bedside cabinet
Beds are provided with mattresses, pillows, duvets, mattress covers, and pillow protectors.
The shower/bathroom includes a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
