Welcome to our villa in La Colle sur Loup, just 3 kms from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and 17 kms from Nice and the airport. We are delighted to offer three beautiful rooms for our guests. Each room is located on the garden floor and features its own terrace, air conditioning, bathroom with bath or shower and toilet, television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool and sun beds, as well as our jeu-de-boules field. The property offers stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup, providing a peaceful and serene environment just minutes away from the village.Start your day with a delicious French breakfast in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our lovely terraces. We provide parking in our enclosed garden for your convenience. Please note that our minimum stay is 2 nights, and during July and August, it is 3 nights. Arrivals are between 2.00 and 9.00 p.m., while departures are between 08.00 and 10.30 a.m.
Please be advised that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years and we do not allow pets.
