We have two air-conditioned studios available, each approximately 26m2 in size and suitable for 2 people. Located on the first floor, each studio comes with a comfortable terrace. The large room features French windows that overlook the terrace and pool. The bed measures 1.40 x 1.90 and there is also a dining area with a table and chairs. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. The studio also includes a shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and a separate WC.From 13th July until 23rd August and December, the weekly rate is 590€. For April, May, June, and September, the rate is 490€ per week, and from October to March, it is 460€ per week. Overnight stays are available from 68€ to 120€, with a minimum of 3 nights except for July and August, where only weekly stays are accepted. Charges are included in the rates.
We also offer a ground floor flat, T2, with a garden. This flat is approximately 40m2 in size and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The flat includes a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed (1.40m x 1.90m). There is also a separate room with a bed measuring 1.40m x 1.90m. The flat features a shower room with a window and a separate WC with a window as well. All modern conveniences are provided.
The rates for this flat are as follows: from October to April, the weekly rate is 390€; from May to June 12th, the rate is 595€ per week; from July 13th to August 23rd, the rate is 695€ per week; from August 24th to August 30th, the rate remains at 695€ per week; and for September, the rate is 595€ per week.
Outside the ground floor flat, there is a table and chairs available for your use. We also provide WIFI, parking, and a swimming pool that is accessible from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen is available for an additional fee of 20€ for sheets and pillowcases and 8€ for towels per week. For long-term rentals, we offer special prices for extended stays, with lower rates for multiple weeks (minimum of 3 weeks).
A deposit of 30% is required, along with a 170€ deposit and a 35€ cleaning fee. City taxes of 0.83€ per day per person also apply.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.
Directions
Exit Highway BANDOL: If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur Mer and Six-Fours, continue along the sea. At the last roundabout, go straight ahead towards Coudouliere, the Park of the Mediterranean, or the Brusc.
As you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will see the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, there is a row of palm trees. Look for the "Residence of Cap d'Or" sign on the wall of a small building. Turn left and continue down the road until the end. Be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
The fourth and final speed bump will have a visible sign saying "Astérie private property" on your left. The gate to the property (house N°12) will be half open. There is a bell on the left pillar to inform us of your arrival.
After placing your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter "Astérie" as the destination.
