Additionally, there is a ski room and boot heater in the basement for your convenience. Conveniently located just 500 meters from the Planards ski slopes, which includes a beginner's ski school in the winter and the Valle Blanc home run, the villa is also only 50 meters away from the ski bus and 300 meters from the main train station, providing easy access to the entire valley. Furthermore, a complimentary Carte d'Hôte will be provided upon arrival, granting you free transportation around the valley. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can reach the city center, which offers a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, cinema, bowling, ice skating rink, and many other exciting activities.

The Penthouse apartment, spanning 140m2, features a spacious open lounge, kitchen, and dining area with a wood-burning stove. The French windows in the living area provide direct access to a private balcony with stunning views of the Massif du Mont Blanc. The Penthouse apartment comprises three bedrooms: a convertible twin or double bedroom with a shared en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a convertible master twin or double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine level. Additionally, there is a single bed on the mezzanine level. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, WiFi, and WiFi music. All linen and towels are provided.
