- The dining room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, and all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
- On the first floor, there is a separate bedroom measuring 11m², furnished with a double bed (140 × 190), bedside tables, chest of drawers, and clothes rack. Another independent bedroom of 15m² includes a double bed (140 × 190), bedside tables, storage cupboard, and wardrobe.
- The shower room provides a shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer.
- The second floor offers a spacious independent bedroom measuring 35m², featuring two single beds (90 × 190), bedside tables, storage space, clothes rack, and a small living room area with a table and sofa. Additionally, a cot can be added if needed.
