This charming Gite is located within a family property in the picturesque village of Sigogne, renowned for its vineyards in the heart of the cognac fins bois region. The Gite offers a comfortable and independent stay for guests.The first floor features a cozy living room with a corner kitchen, as well as a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). There is also a separate toilet and a shower room.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and another with two single beds (90cm). Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor space with a terrace and garden, as well as private parking for vehicles. The property also offers a private pool, which is shared with the owners but not supervised.
During high season and very high season, the rates include all charges. For the remaining seasons, the rates include 8 kWh of electricity, unlimited domestic water usage, and gas for the cooker.
The rental period is typically for a week, with arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and departures the following Saturday before 10 am, unless specified otherwise in the contract.

Directions
To get from Jarnac to Rouillac, follow these travel directions:
1. As you enter Sigogne, take a right turn towards Foussignac.
2. Keep going until you reach Rue de l’Ancienne Gare, and take a left turn. This is the last left turn before leaving the village.
3. Continue on this road until you reach Rue des Ecoles. (Please note that you will need to follow the one-way system around the houses).
4. Once on Rue des Ecoles, take the second alley on the right.
5. Look out for the sign for Gites de France.
