This ground floor studio is situated in a peaceful suburban residential area with no through traffic, conveniently close to the city center. The town hall and main shopping streets are just 1400 meters away, while the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large are only 1000 meters away.The studio is fully equipped with a kitchenette that includes a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, balance, household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed that sleeps two, two stools, a table, and a TNT television.
Internet access is available through the wifi access visitors function, provided by the orange hotspot network. More information on how to connect can be found on the orange portal or their assistance website.
The dining area features a table with six chairs and additional cupboards, while the bar area has a shelf and bar. The bedroom includes a double bed (linens provided), a night table with an electric alarm clock and bedside lamp, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and sink, and the toilet is located within the bathroom.
Pets are welcome in the studio at no additional cost. Outside, guests can enjoy the garden side of the house with its garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. There is free parking available in the courtyard in front of the studio.
