The "Moulin de Félix" gîte is located near the charming village of Robion, with a breathtaking view of the Luberon mountain. Set within a traditional Provençal "mas" (farm) on a vast 1.5-hectare property, this peaceful and verdant retreat offers a truly authentic experience.The gîte occupies a wing of the house, boasting a generous 88m² of living space and facing south to capture the warm Provençal sunshine.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room adorned with a comfortable double bed settee, a television, and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave oven, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom measuring approximately 12m², featuring a bath, wash basin, bidet, toilet, cupboards, and a convenient washing machine.
Upstairs, there are two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom spans approximately 12m² and offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom, covering approximately 24m², features a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and even offers the possibility to accommodate an extra person. Both bedrooms have access to a delightful veranda, measuring approximately 15m², which is tastefully furnished as a reading room. From here, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Luberon through the large bay window.
Outside, the gîte boasts a spacious 24m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxation. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to a magnificent 11x5.5m swimming pool, perfectly positioned to bask in the southern sun.

Directions to the "Moulin de Félix":
1. Set your GPS coordinates to Lat 43°51’51’’ N - Long 05°06’39’’ E.
2. Exit the A7 motorway at CAVAILLON, taking way out n°25.
3. Drive through CAVAILLON and pass under the railway bridge. Take the direction towards "AVIGNON-CARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
4. At the traffic lights, continue straight on and stay on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and a roundabout with tall cypresses. Keep going straight.
5. About 800m ahead, you will see a crossroad on the left leading to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes). Ignore this and continue straight.
6. Pass two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
7. The Moulin de Félix will be located 100m after the second farmhouse on the right side, just before a bridge over a canal. Look for big iron gates, olive trees below the road, and a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
