THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, conveniently located near Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. This enchanting establishment boasts a stunning 7000 m2 park, complete with a forest area adorned with ancient trees, beautiful boxwood balls, topiary displays, and pathways lined with fruit trees. A charming river meanders through the trees, nourished by a cascading waterfall. Additionally, there is a grand pool featuring a statue and a period greenhouse adorned with hanging grapes. We invite you to discover this truly magical place.To enhance your stay, THE BUIS offers a variety of amenities, including a splendid swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a petanque bowling area, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and a rustic old barn. These features contribute to the romantic ambiance of the venue, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Included in our rates are a delectable French breakfast, access to the pool with complimentary pillows and towels, availability of clay tennis courts depending on weather conditions, supply of golf balls, unrestricted access to the park, forest, and all its hidden corners, as well as the use of the winter pool during designated periods.
Please note the following times: Check-in is at 4 PM, while check-out is required by 11 AM.
As for our booking regulations, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, which can be paid in cash or via transfer.
We offer three distinct rental spaces for your convenience:
- THE LOFT: This private staircase grants access to a spacious 160 m2 area suitable for 1-4 individuals. The loft features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The flooring consists of warm materials such as wood, seagrass, and tiles. A TV is also provided for your entertainment.
- The WHITE ROOM: Located on the first floor, this room offers a comfortable bed (160 cm) along with a private bathroom, toilet, and TV.
- The HOUSE: This independent dwelling comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a TV.
The overall atmosphere of THE BUIS exudes warmth, with a decor featuring natural materials in shades of moles, beige, and wood.
Parking is available either in the courtyard or in the nearby town hall parking lot for those with luxury or classic vehicles.

Une parenthèse magique !!!
Cette magnifique demeure dans son écrin de verdure aux arbres centenaires, avec ses bassins et fontaines, nous plonge dans un véritable livre d'histoire...Perdre la notion de temps et d'espace pendant quelques jours c'est ce qu' Anne et Pierre nous proposent.
Piscine, tennis, pétanque, SPA...que d'activités...mais nous retiendrons en premier lieu leur grande gentillesse, leur prévenance et leur disponibilité (sans oublier cette citronnade sublime...).

Directions
To get to THE BUIS by car, take the A13 and then the N12. Exit at Galluis - Yvelines, and follow the signs for Garancieres city center. THE BUIS is located between the town hall and the church. Look for a large gate with a gray awning that resembles an Alsatian dog.
If you prefer to travel by train, you can take a train to Paris-Montparnasse train station. From there, you can catch a train to Garancieres, which takes about 40 minutes. We can arrange for someone to pick you up at the Garancieres train station, which is about 1.5 kilometers away.
If you need transportation for other purposes such as airport transfers, sightseeing, or business trips, we offer a transportation service. You can contact GATIEN at 0676929592 for any inquiries or to make arrangements.
