This charming 14th century house has been carefully renovated and is located in the heart of the beautiful Leon's country. Situated close to the sea, with beaches and opportunities for fishing on foot, as well as inshore trails, this house offers both space and tranquility. The rooms provide stunning views of the sea, and the property includes a spacious 6000m² park.On the ground floor, you will find a dining room, living room, storeroom, and water-closets. The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190), as well as two bathrooms and water-closets. Central fuel-oil heating is available for your comfort.
The house is fully equipped with a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hifi stereo, telephone, and library. Baby equipment can be provided upon request, and sheets are available for rent.
Outside, there is a teak wood garden lounge, barbecue, children's porch, and parking lot.
