This charming and spacious apartment, measuring 83 m2, is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Aix en Provence. Situated between the beautiful squares of Place des 3 Ormeaux, Place Richelme (Place du Marché), and Place des Prêcheurs, it overlooks a delightful square adorned with plane trees. The apartment offers a peaceful and private atmosphere as it is located in a pedestrian area and does not have any overlooking neighbors.Inside, you will find a lovely living room with two large windows, providing plenty of natural light. The open kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying the company of friends and family. There are two spacious bedrooms, one measuring 15 m2 and the other 22 m2, both equipped with air conditioning and a designated office area. The beds in the bedrooms are Queen size and King size, ensuring a comfortable stay. The apartment also includes a separate toilet and a bathroom.
Throughout the apartment, you will find traditional Tomette tiles and a fireplace in each room, adding to the overall charm. The high ceilings, measuring 3.20 meters, create a sense of space and tranquility.
This apartment is ideal for up to four guests, but can also accommodate up to six guests thanks to the convertible sofa in the living room.
The rates for this apartment range from 119 euros (Monday to Thursday) to 149 euros (Friday to Sunday) and include charges, sheets, and towels. For a week-long stay, the rate is 780 euros, and for a month-long stay, the rate is 2900 euros. There is an additional cleaning fee of 45 euros, regardless of the duration of your stay. A security deposit of 500 euros is also required, which will be returned at the end of your rental period.
