Marie-Pierre and Jean-Yves offer you a cozy home called "Dolphins" (3-star rating) that can accommodate 2 to 5 people in Matignon, BRITAIN (22550). This charming cottage, located only 4 kms away from the sea near the popular seaside resort of St Cast le Guildo, has undergone a complete renovation. It offers a comfortable stay with amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, TV, radio/CD player, DVD player, and free digital TV channels.The cottage is divided into two floors. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a water closet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a water closet. The cottage has a fenced garden at the back, along with a private garden, terrace (equipped with a shelter, garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue), and a front yard for parking your car.
From the cottage, you can easily walk to various shops including supermarkets (Super U, Lidl), a bakery, and other small shops. There are also clothing, shoe, craft, and flower stores, as well as restaurants offering crepes and pizza. The area is rich in tourist attractions, including the charming city of Saint Cast Le Guildo with its seven beautiful sandy beaches, marina, and rocky cliffs. Additionally, you can visit the medieval town of Dinan or the corsair town of Saint Malo, both within a 30 km radius. Other nearby places of interest include DINARD (22 kms), CAP FREHEL (15 kms), ERQUY, PLENEUF, LANCIEUX, Saint Jacut (all within 20 kms), LE MONT SAINT MICHEL (70 kms), and the island of Brehat: PAIMPOL (1 hour away).
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as hiking on the GR34 trail (only 2.5 kms from the accommodation), golfing, horse riding, watching movies, dancing at discos, trying your luck at the casino, water sports, fishing, playing tennis, mountain biking, and swimming in the heated sea water of St. Cast. You can also visit the famous Aquarium of Saint Malo (30 minutes away), the amusement park PARC COBAC Lanhélin (45 minutes away), the pirate maze (20 minutes away), and the zoo Boubansais (45 minutes away).
The cottage is available for rent throughout 2010, with prices starting at 250 euros per week. It can also be rented for shorter periods, such as by the night or weekend. The cottage is available during various weeks, including March, April, May 19-20, June 22-23, July 25-27, August, September, and during the holidays of Toussaint and Christmas. The rental fee includes all charges, and reservation deposits are accepted (25% of the total cost). Baby equipment, including a high chair, bath, and bed, is provided. Dogs are allowed upon request.
