Description for B&B:
She.....is known as "the Vierzou". It serves as a cherished haven for many, where people willingly gather to indulge in the delights of roasted barley and herbal tea, while engaging in pleasant conversations at the vigil. The passage of time has not diminished its significance. Several years have turned into centuries, yet the desire to revive the ancestral dwelling of "la Vierzou" has persisted within one of its great grandchildren.
Even in the 21st century, amidst the picturesque depths of Auvergne - as proclaimed by the tourist brochures: "Midi du Auvergne"! - one can still seek solace and tranquility in this village, nestled 900 meters above sea level with a mere population of 30. This early 1800s house has been tastefully renovated using environmentally friendly materials, ensuring a sanctuary untouched by the troubles of pollution. Notably, there is not even a television present, a testament to the purity of the experience.
