Description:

Description for Gite

Ginouillac is perfectly situated on the border of the enchanting Périgord and Quercy regions, making it an ideal base for exploring these two stunning areas. Nestled within the serene Natural Regional Park of Causses of Quercy, this village offers a haven of peace and tranquility.

The transformation of an entire farm is taking place on the outskirts of Ginouillac, and the first house is now ready to welcome guests. Originally a square Quercy barn used for grain storage after threshing operations by a steam engine in the 19th century, the "cell grains" has been lovingly converted into a charming country cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). This delightful abode has been awarded a 3-ear rating for its comfort and quality by Gites de France.

One of the highlights of this property is the grand ecological swimming pool, measuring 6x12m, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, there is a designated shallow area for children to safely enjoy. For the little ones, a playground equipped with swings, slides, and a sandbox has been thoughtfully created near the cottage.

Guests can take advantage of the BBQ and garden furniture, as well as a convenient summer kitchen that is at their disposal. Furthermore, wireless internet is available throughout the property, ensuring connectivity during your stay.
