This holiday cottage offers twin lodgings for two people (with the possibility of accommodating four), located on the first floor. The cottage is made of clay and features a spacious room, kitchenette, bathroom, WC, mezzanine, and garden. Pets are welcome.

Situated on an island of greenery, the cottage is conveniently located only 200 meters away from shops and accessible via a footpath. It is also just 2km away from a cinema and bowling alley. Additionally, it is a short 10-minute drive away from historic towns such as Rennes and Bécherel.

For those seeking a coastal getaway, the cottage is only a 30-minute drive from popular seaside destinations like Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel.

During the months of July and August, as well as holidays, the rate is 300 euros per week or 50 euros per night. Throughout the rest of the year, the rate is 180 euros per week. For shorter stays, from Monday to Friday, the rate is 35 euros per night. For weekends and holidays, the rate is 45 euros per night. All rates include bed sheets.
