Enjoy your holiday in a charming cottage located on a peaceful Purebred Arabian horse breeding farm. Surrounded by 14 acres of lush pasture and home to 20 beautiful horses, this serene retreat is just 5 minutes away from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde.The spacious 100 m2 cottage offers a comfortable living experience. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room and dining area, complete with a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as high-speed WiFi. The living room opens onto a fenced terrace of 40 m2 with a lovely garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. A convenient toilet is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, there are three cozy bedrooms, featuring one king-size bed (160) and two queen-size beds (140). A well-appointed bathroom with a shower completes this level. Private parking is available, and there is even the possibility of using the garage. Linen is provided for your convenience.
Access to the cottage is completely separate from the rest of the buildings, ensuring your privacy and tranquility. Rates range from 800 to 1300 depending on the season. Additionally, there is an opportunity to bring your own horse for weekend stays or participate in livestock internships.

Directions
Take exit 34 on the A9 motorway towards AGDE. Follow the signs for AGDE-SETE for 11 km. When you reach the roundabout, take the exit towards Grau d'Agde. At the second roundabout, follow the signs for SAINT VINCENT. After about 800 meters, you will find the road on your left. It is just around the corner from the restaurant BALUFFE THE RABBIT. Continue on this road for approximately 400 meters.
