This gite boasts a spacious 57 sqm living room complete with a television, bookshelf, and a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen includes top-notch appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary utensils.There are two cozy bedrooms, each measuring 12 sqm, equipped with ample closet space. One bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed while the other offers two single beds. Additionally, the living room includes a convenient sofa bed, providing enough sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests.

Our holiday rental is situated 5 km away from Durban Corbières, a village known for its medieval castle. Within the village, there are several convenient stores like a grocery store, pharmacy, medical center, and a swimming pool.
We are in close proximity to several notable attractions such as the Abbey of Fontfroide, the Abbey of Lagrasse, and the Cathar castles. Carcassonne, renowned for its walled city and festival, is just 60 km away. Additionally, the Canal du Midi and the picturesque village of Bages overlooking the pond are within reach.
Narbonne, located only 20 km from our vacation rental, offers a rich historical district to explore. The Cathedral of St Just, the market held on Thursdays and Sundays, the Palais des Archevêques, and the former residence of the famous singer Charles Trenet are all worth a visit.
For beach lovers, we are conveniently located just 30 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Leucate, La Franqui, Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, Port-la-Nouvelle, and the Island of St. Lucie.
