Located on the Lannion-Guingamp axis, just 30 km from Perros-Guirec, this spacious and comfortable cottage is the perfect rental for your vacation. With room for up to 12 people and 3 young children (with adapted beds), this 5-bedroom cottage also features a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Attached to a renovated convent, the cottage offers complete independence and a tranquil atmosphere.Situated in the village center with convenient access to shops, the cottage boasts a large garden of 2500 m2. Equipped with modern appliances, the cottage provides all the comforts of home. It has been awarded 3 stars by the Prefecture, ensuring a high standard of quality.
The location is ideal for exploring the region, with the highway just 1 km away and attractions such as Lannion (22 km), the beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard (4 km with a water park), and the charming small town of character nearby.
The weekly prices in euros are as follows:
- July / August: 990
- May / June / September: 790
- Rest of the year: 690
Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people, but can accommodate up to 12 people with the use of the sofa bed. Beyond 12 people, there is the possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses, provided free of charge. However, those using these mattresses must bring their own sheets or sleeping bags, as well as towels. The maximum capacity of the house is 15 people.
For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day, in addition to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required.
A local tax of 0.50 euros per person per day (for ages 13 and above) is applicable from 1st April to 30th September.
The prices include both bed linen and bathroom linen.
Outside of school holidays, the cottage owner is happy to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. The price for a 2-night weekend stay is 410 euros (based on 12 people), with an additional night available for 175 euros.
