The house consists of two separate buildings, with the upstairs area connected by a spacious breakfast room. The rooms are located in one of the buildings, allowing the owner to maintain a discreet presence while remaining attentive to your needs.

- The first bedroom can accommodate 1 to 3 people and spans 24 m2. It is furnished with two close beds measuring 180x200, as well as an additional bed measuring 80x200. The bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate private toilet.

- The second suite is suitable for 2 to 4 people and covers an area of 50 m2 with sloping ceilings. It features a 160x200 bed and a 160x200 sofa bed in two separate rooms. The suite also includes a private en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate private toilet.

Both rooms offer free WiFi and a cot is available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast is served from 8 am to 10 am in the most beautiful room of the house. The buffet offers a selection of croissants, fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheeses, dairy products, dried fruits, and a variety of coffee, teas, and hot chocolate.

Guests have access to a drink preparation area where they can make tea, espresso, or use the TV or billiards at any time. Smokers can enjoy the large balcony overlooking the garden.
