I have a private room available for rent, measuring 13 square meters. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the Zoo de la Flèche and a 5-minute walk from the military prytanée. Additionally, it is only a 30-minute drive from the Bugatti circuit of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.The room is independent and situated on the ground floor of a house. It has its own furnished and sunny terrace, offering a peaceful atmosphere in the city center. Free parking is available, and you will have access to a shared bathroom and toilets.
For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV in the room. Linen supplies will also be provided. Please note that animals are not allowed.
