Experience the charm and luxury of our beautifully restored 18th Century Dordogne Stone Manor house, Les Charmes de Carlucet. Located just 2 km from the picturesque village of Salignac-Eyvigues, our manor house offers a tranquil and relaxing setting with easy access to local amenities.

With its large heated outdoor pool, sauna, and six double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, our manor house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The spacious 70m2 living/dining room and professional kitchen provide ample space for gatherings and entertaining. Classified as a 5-star holiday home by the Dordogne tourist board, you can choose to reserve the manor house on a Bed and Breakfast basis or as a private holiday home.

Next door, our luxury 3-bedroom villa, Beaux Reves, also classified as 5-star, offers additional accommodation for up to 7 people with its private pool. Combined, we can accommodate a total of 21 people, making Les Charmes de Carlucet an ideal destination for families, couples, and groups of friends.

Located just 15 minutes from Sarlat la Canéda and the world-famous caves of Lascaux, our property is perfectly situated for exploring the best sites and attractions of the Perigord Noir region. From the beautiful Dordogne and Vezere valleys to prehistoric caves, stunning chateaux, village markets, and medieval towns such as Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, and Domme, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, we are a short 35-minute drive from the breathtaking cliff-top town of Rocamadour, the second most important site in France.

For cycling enthusiasts, we offer direct access to some of the most spectacular cycling routes in the Dordogne region. Just outside our front door, you will find a network of beautiful bike routes suitable for all abilities. We can arrange bike rental for you from Les Charmes.

Overlooking the historic hamlet of Carlucet with its 11th-century church, our manor house provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat. Recently renovated with high-quality materials, including new bathrooms and beautiful stone floors, the manor house is tastefully furnished to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Just 400 meters away, you will find The Black Duck, a charming Irish/French Pub/Restaurant serving lunch and dinner, as well as refreshing Guinness on tap. The outside terrace offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, there are many fine restaurants a short drive away, with even more options in Sarlat.

As a British/Swedish couple who live nearby, we are available to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance during your stay.
