On the ground floor, a covered terrace measuring 50 m² beckons you with its inviting garden and a spacious family table, perfect for relishing in al fresco meals and barbecues. The entrance to the cottage leads through a grand vestibule, which opens up to the dining room complete with a fully equipped kitchen boasting modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, and blender.

The living room exudes a cathedral-like ambiance and is furnished with a television and DVD player, providing an ideal space to unwind. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom fitted with a comfortable 1.60 x 2 m bed, a bathroom featuring a double washbasin and a walk-in shower equipped with welcome products, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also conveniently located on this level.

Access to the upper floor is facilitated by a charming spiral staircase, leading to a bedroom furnished with a customizable 1.80 x 2 m bed and a baby cot, providing flexibility according to your needs. Another bedroom on this floor offers three beds measuring 0.90 m x 2 m, making it an excellent choice for families or larger groups. A bathroom and a separate toilet are also available on this level.

A mezzanine overlooking the living room features a small desk and a comfortable meridian, creating a cozy spot for relaxation. The cottage provides bed sheets, with the beds already made, and towels for your convenience. Electric heating is included in the rental.

A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required, and the option to borrow bicycles is available upon request. Other amenities provided include a high chair, changing mat, wooden bed, and baby bath. The hosts are also pleased to offer advice and tourist information, along with special privileges granting access to reduced rates at various tourist sites. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to partake in wine tasting of Touraine wines, courtesy of the hosts' winemaker friends.

Directions

Directions from Paris: Take the A10 motorway towards Blois, then follow the signs for Vierzon-Romorantin. After crossing the Loire, turn right towards Montrichard. Follow the signs for Loches/Faverolles sur Cher, and cross the Cher river. At the second roundabout, continue straight for 200m, then take a left towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Finally, take the first right and follow our signs.

Directions from Vierzon: If coming from the A85, exit at Noyers-sur-Cher and then take the N76. If coming from the D976, exit at Angé/St Julien de Chédon and follow the signs for St Julien. Then, follow our signs.

Directions from Tours: If coming from the A85, exit at Sublaines/Bléré and then head towards Vierzon. If coming from the D976, exit at Montrichard/St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Loches and continue for 200m. Turn left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan/St Julien, then take the first right and follow our arrows.

Directions from Loches: Head towards Montrichard and Faverolles sur Cher. Just before the shopping center, turn right towards St Aignan/St Julien de Chedon. Then, take the first right and follow our signs.
