Located 45 km from Bordeaux, 15 km from Sauternes, 35 km from St Emilion, 80 km from Arcachon, and 90 km from the ocean, this property is ideally situated for exploring the area. Welcome to our charming country holiday home, perfect for 4-6 people. This cozy retreat offers 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. The total area is 83m2 (914 sqft) with a spacious garden of 300 sqm (3227 sqft).

Our home holds a 3-star tourist ranking and is fully furnished. It was originally built in 1650 but underwent renovations in 2004.

Inside, you'll find comfortable bedding with 1 sofabed and 4 twin beds. The amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, linen, freezer, telephone, TV, private parking, cooking stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, shower, barbecue grill, baby cot, baby high chair, outdoor furniture, heating, and a fireplace. Our location is ideal, just 45km (28 miles) from Bordeaux, 15km (9 miles) from Sauternes, 35km (22 miles) from St Emilion, 80km (50 miles) from Arcachon, and 90km (56 miles) from the ocean. Directions

Travel Directions:

1. Start from Bordeaux and take the ring road and the motorway towards Toulouse and Agen (Interchange 19).
2. On the highway towards Toulouse, take the first exit after the toll: Podensac, CADILLAC.
3. After the exit, turn right onto the first road towards CERON, CADILLAC.
4. Continue on CADILLAC road until you reach a bridge over the Garonne. After the bridge, turn right onto June 10 D.
5. At the roundabout, continue straight on CADILLAC road for 200 meters.
6. Stay on this road until you reach Sainte Croix du Mont.
7. In the village of Sainte Croix du Mont, turn left towards Gabarnac.
8. Keep on this road for about 3 km without deviating (ignore the signs for Gabarnac on the left) until you reach the entrance sign for GABARNAC. The cottage is the first house on the right after this sign. Look for an avenue of trees, two main buildings, and a sign that says "Clévacances" on the mailbox.
9. The town hall is located in front of the house, about 100 meters away.
