This 170 m² house offers a comfortable and spacious living space. Upstairs, there are 3 rooms, including a relaxing reading corner, and a shared bathroom with WC. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as an additional bathroom and separate toilet. The house also features a jacuzzi, sports area, and billiard room.Located 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, this house is perfect for a group of 8 people. You can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the countryside, lounging by the pool and making use of the bar and barbecue area. The property also boasts a 3000 m² park with a pond.
Inside the house, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen where you can let your imagination run wild with recipes. The living area offers a large comfortable sofa and a wide selection of movies to enjoy.
Sheets and towels are provided, and cleaning can be done by the tenant or for an additional fee. Please note that a tourist tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
Private parking is available on site, and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The house has several strong points, including a furnished terrace, a beautiful garden, and a reliable Wifi connection.
