Welcome to a beautiful one-hectare area in Bruille Saint Amand, where you will find the car park and the charming Le Spartiate cottage.Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a delightful living room, complete with a magnificent kitchen featuring a superb piano and wood stove, perfect for both cooking and keeping warm during the winter months. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room, furnished with two large wooden tables and benches, ideal for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area where you can unwind and admire the picturesque landscape.
Connected to the main living area is a meeting room, which comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. This versatile space can also be utilized for larger private events, with a minimum rental requirement of 20 people and a maximum capacity of 45 individuals for weddings, for example.
On the other side of the cottage, you will find four well-appointed rooms, each capable of accommodating four people with four single beds, boasting excellent quality mattresses. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests. Furthermore, the cottage offers four toilets for added comfort.
For those seeking outdoor relaxation, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun.
The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people. If your group exceeds 20 individuals but does not exceed 45, there is an additional charge of 190 for the use of the meeting room in conjunction with the cottage rental.
For your convenience, a final cleaning service is available for a fee starting at 75 .
The nearby village offers a range of shops, including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

Starting from 1 rue des chorettes, 59199 Bruille Saint Amand, follow the GPS coordinates 3.52605400 longitude and 50.44637500 latitude.
Head towards Valenciennes.
Take exit n°4 Saint-Amand Thermal. In case the exit is closed, take the following exit n°6, pass under the highway, and then take the exit for Saint Amand waters.
After exiting at number 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn and cross a railway track before coming to a stop.
Turn right.
At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.
You will pass by Leclerc and The Pasino.
Continue through several roundabouts.
At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut and Bruille Saint Amand on the right.
If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Turn around and take the left turn.
Continue towards Condé sur Escaut.
You will drive for approximately 4 km before reaching Bruille Saint Amand.
Once you see the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. Look for a sign indicating The Spartiate, which is on the road that bends in front of the town hall.
You will then arrive at Odomez.
At this point, take the second right at a small square. If you find yourself going back into the forest, you have gone too far.
Continue on this street until almost reaching the end, and you will see the cottage Spartiate below on your right.
