This family house, which has been standing for over 50 years, is hidden from the road and has been carefully transformed over the past half-century to create a haven of tranquility and serenity. Stephan and Julia warmly welcome guests and offer a convivial atmosphere. The house features five tastefully decorated rooms, including two or three person rooms and a larger double room for four or five people, each with their own private shower or bath and toilet. The spaces available to guests are adorned with simplicity, delicacy, and elegance, and are sure to enchant visitors. These spaces include a spacious living room with two fireplaces, a cozy salon for games and reading, a music corner with a piano and other instruments, summer and winter dining rooms, an internet room with wifi, a large terrace, and a beautiful park. Additionally, a swimming pool will be available from the summer of 2007. The estate also offers a shaded carpark and a covered garage. La Bichonnière is conveniently located near various tourist attractions, such as Vézelay, the abbey of Pontigny, the castles of Guédélon, Saint Fargeau, and Ratilly. It is also close to an Adventure Park, the Colette museum, Saint-Amand en Puisaye known for its pottery, and the Boutissaint Park with its wildlife. The nearby Lake of Bourdon offers opportunities for swimming and water sports after exploring the surrounding area on a cyclo-rail in Toucy, the town of Pierre Larousse. Guests can also enjoy picturesque hikes in the forest or take a barge trip on the Yonne River or the Burgundy Canal. Don't forget to visit the cellars and villages of St Bris, Irancy, and Chablis, which are all within a 30-kilometer radius of this lovely home.

quel bel endroit!
la maison est superbe, les chambres très jolies et très confortables . Les propriétaires sont charmants et la propriétés extrêmement bien tenue. Une vraie bonne adresse.

La Bichonnière offre un confort raffiné et de bon gout. Rien n'est
laissé au hasard, les maitres de maison règnent sereinement sur tous les
détails qui peuvent faire plaisir.Voici un 4 épis qui fait honneur aux
gites de France.
